My name is Rit, and I am a Level III Certified Reiki Master since 2021; I have felt blessed ever since, for the awareness of this powerful healing action of energy, through the ancient Japanese technique known as Reiki. I first heard of Reiki while working in the hospitals in Seattle as an RN in labor and delivery and mother baby. My curiosity to learn more and become certified as a Reiki Therapist came years later however, after I moved to San Diego in 2020. As an RN and single mom, I carried many burdens on a day-to-day basis; and struggled ultimately to keep up mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually, during the height of the Covid Pandemic. Desperately searching on the internet for a way to preserve and restore what little energy I’d have left at the end of the day caring for my patients and children, I came across Reiki…and Wow!…did my world change!
Allow this gentle form of energy to reduce on-going stress in your life, while also promoting healing by way of free-flow energy, through the mind and body. I am mainly a dedicated Reiki Therapist, and my ultimate goal is to bring awareness to my patients of a better approach to their own health, but I can also recommend other alternative therapy methods. Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my services come in. As an experienced Reiki Therapist, I work with you to restore your balance and find your center.

Rescue Me Reiki- Full Session (1 hr. 15 mins)
Remote healing sessions offered on Monday and Wednesdays (client can be anywhere in the world to receive this distance healing). Please book via text message at: 206-353-3878
Reiki Healing
This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
